To lead this professional program we are seeking an Academy Manager who is responsible for the continued success and shaping the future of our Academy.

The role and responsibilities

This position is accountable for:

• Leading a team of outstanding coaches and administration staff to execute all Academy programs to the highest standard
• Building and managing strong relationships through effective communication with key stakeholders including RSYS committee members, department heads, team members, program participants and parents
• Maintaining financial oversight and control of the Academy expenditure
