Account Coordinator, PicSix Creative - Pegula Sports and Entertainment
Under the direct supervision of the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator provides account supervisory and servicing support and interacts with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects and timelines are met. Their primary role is to manage a project from initial request through completion including
project closeout and invoicing. The Account Coordinator will assist in managing all account support systems, i.e. traffic, accounting and production coordination while building a relationship with the entire account team. Administrative support will be required to keep client projects well-organized and on track.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, works under tight deadlines, pays attention to detail and can problem solve independently. This person is responsible for developing an understanding of the client’s business and maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information. This position allows the candidate to take on more responsibility and begin managing client relationships more fully as soon as the ability is demonstrated.
