Bolton Metro Swimming Squad based in Bolton seeks a passionate and motivated Age Group Coach to help lead our Age Group Squads. You’ll work closely with the Head Coach and play a pivotal role in guiding young swimmers through their developmental and competitive journey.

Our Age Group Coach's key responsibilities are to:

• Help lead the Age Group Development and Age Group Squads, ensuring continuous swimmer development.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach on training plans, competition cycles, and performance monitoring.
• Assist the Head Coach with coaching the Performance Squads as needed.
• Engage with club communications, including social media, newsletters, and post-competition reports.
• Plan and conduct land training sessions.
• Organise and attend training camps for the Age Group Squads.
• Pursue personal development opportunities in conjunction with the Head Coach and committee.
