As our Assistant Athletics Coach, you will play a vital role in coaching and developing our student-athletes in the disciplines of shot-put, discus, and javelin. Your expertise and guidance will shape their technique, enhance their skills, and maximise their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and inspire student-athletes ages 9 to 18 years in shot put, discus, and javelin.
• Develop personalised training programs to improve technique, strength, and performance.
• Conduct regular practice sessions and provide individualised feedback and guidance.
• Organise and supervise team workouts, ensuring a safe and productive training environment.
• Prepare students for competitions, assisting with strategy, warm-ups, and mental preparation.
• Track and analyse students’ progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, emphasising sportsmanship, respect, and discipline.
