The Huntsville City FC Assistant Head Coach will be asked to help build and develop a team, in conjunction with the Nashville SC Head Coach and other technical staff, to be competitive in MLS NEXT PRO. In addition, the Assistant Coach will help create a systematic approach to determine overall progress of staff and players. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in building and developing a team to be competitive each year. 
• In conjunction with HCFC Head Coach and Nashville SC coaching/technical staff, help determine the overall team strategy, philosophy of play and roster selection. 
• Support training activities including technical exercises, team tactics and individual training.
• Scout and study opponents, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses on all offensive and defensive set pieces.
