The Role
We are looking to recruit a qualified, skilled Basketball Head Coach to lead one of our programmes. The role will be based at Elmgreen School and will include planning and delivering a comprehensive high-quality coaching and mentoring programme. Our programmes typically include a combination of non-curricular breakfast, lunch and after-school coaching sessions, one to one or small groups sessions (where agreed with the school) and develop regular competitive opportunities for all players. You will also be required to deliver half term and holiday camps during the school holidays.

As a coach you will also work closely with the Impact Team to collect high-quality data to demonstrate the effectiveness of what we do and to quantify the difference we make to our young people. Data is collected at designated times throughout the year and includes; case studies, questionnaires, skills and fitness testing. Our coaches also regularly review the young peoples' progress and set targets for their future development.
