About you

• Expert knowledge of the BMX FSP Olympic discipline
• Understanding of the physical, technical and tactical components of the FSP event competition and to blend these together in an impactful training programme
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, to problem solve and be open to feedback and improvement
• Ability to deliver world class coaching and to create an environment which supports learning, development and performance when it matters.

What will you be doing?

• Leading the BMX FSP podium team towards medal success at the LA Olympic Games
• Working with your support team, you will lead on the creation a BMX FSP Performance Plan and individual training plans to support athletes achieving their potential.
