Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new sales for Sponsorship whilst managing these clients to ensure the renewal & growth of their business year on year. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, and secure new partnership opportunities
• Managing partnerships and renewals with a selection of Brumbies Sponsors ensuring all contract deliverables are executed in a timely manner and to the highest standard
• Working with the Head of Commercial to develop and implement strategies on how to grow the commercial revenue within the Business
• Driving innovative thinking around commercial product offerings, services, communications, and promotions for both the Brumbies and external stakeholders
• Manage all signage assets with partners including artwork, approvals and production
