As a soccer consultant we’re looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is passionate about college soccer, can take initiative, and has a team player attitude. We need a person who is a quick learner, has a positive telephone demeanour and can close deals. Your ability to consult and advise prospective students on the U.S. route is key to your success in the role.

RECRUITMENT
Play an integral part in contributing to the teams’ target trialist numbers
Contacting leads within 48 hours of initial application and scheduling follow-ups if necessary Maintain a conversion rate of above 25% from consultation call to booking
Maintain the target number of consultation calls per month to ensure we achieve booking numbers for the month
