The principal objective of this position is to assist with the annual giving program and internal operational needs of the Development staff. This includes a focus on annual giving and increasing the number of wildcat club members and also focusing on development systems.

Duties& Responsibilities 

• Eloqua-Mass Communication for Wildcat Club & A Club: Creating and distributing mass emails for both the Wildcat Club and the A-Club. Examples include large-scale solicitations, A-Club monthly newsletters, event invites, parking updates, etc.
• Website: Assist with and oversee website maintenance of Wildcat Club/A-Club website including content and design.
• Content Creation: Writing communication for social media and solicitations for Wildcat Club. Photoshop/Canvas: design collateral pieces for the Wildcat Club and A-Club which will include social and digital graphics and email design.
