The Upper Valley Nighthawks are hiring for the summer 2025 NECBL season! We are looking to fill multiple leadership roles within our organization, including the Director of Baseball Analytics. The duties for this role will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Recruit and hire 3 analytics interns.
- Oversee the successful operation of a 4-person analytics team, including their reports and technologies (Synergy and Trackman systems). 
- Assist with opponent scouting and roster management before and during the season. 
- Travel with the team to all road games.
- Produce custom reports for coaching staff based on Trackman data that are unique to every game.
- Proficiency in programs such as Python and R.
