The DR Academy Hitting Coach will work closely with the other hitting coaches, the Director of Hitting Development, and other essential staff to help implement and track player-specific offensive development plans. This is a hands-on, uniformed position that supports the daily operations related to improving player performance. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and data-driven, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The candidate should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working closely with players, coaches, and other departments to ensure player success.
