Be part of the Employee Well-being (EW) team in administering day-to-day EW matters including trouble-shooting issues.
Provide support in employee engagement and internal communications strategies and process.
Review and propose changes to policies and initiatives to augment employee engagement effort, such as Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) etc.
Conduct regular review of policies and benefits programmes to ensure compliance with Instruction Manual (IM) and prevailing statutory requirements including maintaining industry relevance and competitiveness. Develop and update SOP.
Conduct and analyse utilization of benefits and service provisions by employees.
Elevate SportSG's standing in the Public Service and assist with Awards nominations and write-up for the various Public Service Awards, e.g. National Day Awards, Public Service Transformation Awards etc.
