You will be reporting to the Team Lead of Career and Professional Development, part of the Human Capital Team.
In this role, you will be part of the team to;
Build a learning culture within Sport Singapore through the development and implementation of staff development road map and learning-related strategies.
Identify learning and development trends and enhance the effectiveness of learning methodologies, curriculum and systems.
Develop learning needs analysis, learning management system and competency framework.
Develop engaging learning content (e.g. e-learning modules) in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Develop processes to continuously improve training effectiveness
