Four Shires Swimming Club in north Oxfordshire is seeking a passionate and committed Head Swimming Coach to lead and inspire our swimmers, oversee all aspects of the Club’s swim programme and drive continued success across all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a community club, drive its expansion and help shape the Club’s future.

Our Club is a SwimMark-accredited, not-for-profit, swimming club with around 120 members across a spectrum of development, competitive and performance squads and a small contingent of masters. We offer a balanced training programme across 7 days a week and 4 pools to allow swimmers to reach their full potential and progress through the Club and reach their goals. 

The Head Coach will work alongside the committee and the existing coaching team to align the swimming programme with the capability and potential of the swimmers and the objectives of the Club in line with the Club's SwimMark Development Plan. They will lead a team of experienced coaches and be fully engaged across the club showing commitment, enthusiasm and ambition leading by example and overseeing a sense check on our current offering and a programme of continuous improvement going forward. As such it’s an ideal opportunity for either an experienced Head Coach or an ambitious Coach looking to make their mark as a Head Coach in a competitive community club.
