Human Resources Generalist - Quad Cities River Bandits
Our Human Resources Generalist is our go-to person for all employee-related issues and, as such, is integral to the success of our organization. They handle the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department for Main Street Iowa (Quad Cities River Bandits) and Main Street Amusements (amusements operator at the ballpark). Because people are our most important asset, our new HR Generalist will be the one responsible for ensuring that our ballparks each boast a happy and productive workplace where everyone works together to realize our teams’ established goals and objectives.
They will be tasked with strategic planning for staffing, including hiring new personnel and conducting interviews to foster a productive work atmosphere. They will also be charged with enforcing company policies and practices, as well as administering benefits and leave. The HR Generalist will also plan, develop, and coordinate the policies of the team to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategies. Most importantly, our new HR Generalist will be responsible for promoting our team’s values and shaping a positive, friendly, and welcoming culture at our ballpark.
