Sydney FC Foundation is the philanthropic heart of Sydney FC and emulates its core values. Our mission is to positively impact the lives of youth and our Sky Blue community, now and into the future, one pass at a time. The successful candidate will help the Sydney FC Foundation reach over 3,000 young people with a disability annually through more than 10,000 Sydney FC Empowers Me sessions in schools, communities and on matchdays, ensuring the Foundation engages, empowers and enriches the lives of participants. 

This role will require someone who can develop and deliver disability sports program in Sydney schools and local community venues. The role holder will also manage and build relationships with stakeholders including local schools, Football Associations, and partners of the Foundation.

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in delivering sports programs (preferably for disability groups), have the ability and desire to carry out a delivery based role that you also coordinate and administer and the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including program participants and their families.
