As a Systems Support Specialist I, you will be the first point of contact for staff members with technical support issues.  Individuals in this position will complete, organize and escalate support tickets as needed and will provide support for both in office and remote staff over Zoom, remote screen share sessions, etc. The goal of the Systems Support Specialist I is to help keep staff working with minimal IT related problems. This role is also responsible for shipping, receiving and preparing company laptops, adding/updating documentation, inventory of hardware, audit of user accounts and account creation/termination.
