Junior Product Owner - U.S. Soccer
The Digital Operations Coordinator will join the Digital Product team in managing and operating U.S. Soccer’s owned digital channels and the underlying tech stack to deliver an optimal experience for USMNT, USWNT, and USYNT fans. The role will focus on ussoccer.com and the U.S. Soccer app, ensuring the content being displayed on our digital channels is accurate and timely, contributing to the strategic roadmap, participating in sprint planning/reviews, and ultimately ensuring the applications function as intended and deliver a cohesive, frictionless user experience.
This is an entry-level technology position within the Commercial Analytics department. At the absolute minimum, the candidate must be able to parse technical tasks quickly while also continually mastering their understanding of the fan needs. But the right candidate will also have an acute attention to detail, keenly adept at identifying broken experiences and opportunities to streamline. They’ll also be comfortable with rote and recurring processes that allow for technology products to be properly stress tested and interrogated. They’ll have the intellectual curiosity to soak up new skills and take on complex problems. And they’ll have the drive and resiliency to juggle multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
