The Purpose:  
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Academy Analyst to join our club. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all analysis provision across the academy, whilst working to club values. The Role:

• Deliver an aligned performance analysis provision across a renowned academy, contributing significantly to the players’ ADP process & having an impact on their development.
• Ensure the delivery of age & stage appropriate analysis, in line with our Academy Strategy.
• Build relationships & provide support to key stakeholders, both internal & external. This includes working with the Head of Performance Analysis to align & optimise working practices across the club.
