The Opportunity: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Learn to Swim professional with a passion for people management and business strategy. As a member of a highly effective team, the Learn to Swim Coordinator will oversee the Tiny Taipans Learn to Swim School in terms of program development, operations and staffing and development of short and long-term business strategies aimed at creating an environment that will maximise participation and potential revenue.
