This is a global role and reports to the VP of Global Consumer Products. The Director of Licensing will manage key licensees across the portfolio and will be responsible for all aspects of partner management, organizational integration, go-to market strategies, and financial management. This role will develop and manage revenue, strategy, and growth plans, and will work closely with internal business development, marketing, and brand teams. 
Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of licensing partnerships.
• Strategizes with licensees to drive program growth and increased distribution.
• Develops and updates strategic plans, both short and long term, to meet and/or exceed budget, plans to include budgets, forecasts, etc.
