The Manager – Phoenix Facility Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all employees, players, coaches, and fans who visit the Phoenix complex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with a contracted custodial company to ensure all areas of the facility are clean, sterile, and safe.
  • Implement a working schedule to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned based on different events taking place at American Family Fields of Phoenix.
  • Partner with the Director-Phoenix Facility Operations/Maintenance on identifying facility operation needs, while maintaining the overall appearance of the facility.
