British Lacrosse is seeking to appoint a number of new coaching positions for the Men’s & Women’s Olympic Sixes Team through to the end of the 2028 Olympic cycle. Reporting to the Coaching Leadership Team (CLT) and the Performance Director, the successful candidates will support the technical, tactical, and cultural development of the team, and ensure sustained performance at major international competitions.

The roles require strong coaching skills, expertise in specific performance areas and athlete skills development, and a proven ability to coach both individuals independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching Leadership: Provide coaching for the Men’s and / or Women´s Olympic Sixes programme. To collaborate with the High Performance Coaching Team, and performance support staff (sports science, medicine, analysis) to optimise player health, welfare, and performance.
