We have extended our operational hours and would like to welcome a Pool Deck Supervisor to our team.  This is a position to assist with the day to day coordination of our Learn to Swim Program.

We are seeking a person who enjoys working in a fun, service orientated environment, are tolerant, inclusive and at all times respectful of individual's gender, age, ethnicity and or disability. The role is to assist the Swim School Coordinator in the provision of high quality Swim Programs. Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching swimming and water safety, customer service skills, verbal, written and organisational skills.

Our Pool Deck Supervisor will create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging all people in a friendly and inclusive manner.

Work with a team approach and professionalism at all times

Supervising the Learn to Swim Program - briefing the team, deck supervision (set up/pack up), assessments, student movements, record keeping plus more.
