The Program Manager for Player & Youth Development (PYD) is responsible for the growth, operation, and visibility of PYD programs in the San Fernando Valley (SFV) community. This position involves leading the development and implementation of youth and golf programs and supervising a portion of the SFV team. 
  
The Program Manager is key in achieving community objectives and metrics, representing the SCGA and the SCGA Junior Golf Foundation to the public, and cultivating strategic partnerships and relationships. Additionally, this role drives team professional development and advances the foundation's mission through effective program management and proactive community engagement.
