Rapid Prototype Finisher - McLaren
It doesn't matter if you've not worked in a Rapid Protypying role before. What matters is that you have steady hands and can work precisely on delicate parts. Maybe you've been involved in model painting or sewing? Skills like these are invaluable here! If you do have knowledge of 3D printing as well, it's definitely an advantage!
Working closely with the rest of the manufacturing team, you'll be the kind of person who has an appetite to learn and develop. Whilst there may be some repetitive elements to your job, you don't see this as a limitation. Instead, you see this as an opportunity to master your skill and identify ways of improving the processes.
You'll be careful and considered in your approach, but a driving force for change and delivering excellence.
Finally, you'll need to have basic PC skills and be able to work Friday through to Monday for this shift!
