The Northern Districts Gymnastic Club is looking for a motivated, caring and hardworking Recreational Gymnastics Team Leader that will thrive working in a team environment. 

The Recreational Gymnastics Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the recreational, teen gym and freestyle programs are effectively and safely delivered in accordance with industry and club guidelines. The Team Leader is also required to:

• Supervise and mentor recreational coaching staff
• Ensure the recreational, teen gym and freestyle programs are safe, challenging and appropriate to the level of the participants
• Effectively manage and coordinate coaching schedules and rosters
• Adhere to the NDGC Child Safety Policy Framework and Gymnastics Australia Child Safeguarding Policies
• Consistently demonstrate the NDGC Core Values and promote the Core Focus of 'Building Better Humans.'
