Rowing Caretaker & Boatshed Manager - St Joseph's College Hunters Hill
The Caretaker & Boatshed Manager is a member of the College Rowing and Coaching staff. The function of the Rowing staff is to deliver a broad range of services to support the College’s educational mission and rowing program.
The Caretaker & Boatshed Manager is directly responsible to the Head of Rowing and the Director of Co-curricular. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and smooth functioning of the College’s boatshed, preparation of all equipment for the rowing season, transportation of boats for regattas, supporting the annual St Joseph’s Regatta and generally assisting coaches to enable young athletes to train and compete at their best.
Onsite accommodation at the College’s boatshed is provided as part of the conditions of employment.
The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in rowing, strong organisational skills, initiative, along with well- developed communication and relationship building skills.
