Security Manager - Phoenix Suns
In conjunction with the Director of Security, our Security Manager will provide direction for and assist in providing a safe environment for our guests, employees and vendors at all times. You are responsible for carrying out arena policy and procedures while delivering a high level of customer service.
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for the monthly scheduling, which includes building the Schedule Request form (hard copies and website), inputting data into spreadsheet, building schedules and crafting returns. Our Manager, will lead our events security as well as our staff at the arena. This includes but is not limited to crafting posting and briefing sheets, performing pre-event safety inspection, conducting briefings, responding to incidents, listening and resolving guest complaints and issues.
