Service Desk Analyst - Sport New Zealand Group
The purpose of this role is to provide a sound level of expertise in the support and maintenance of desktop PCs, mobile devices and associated operating systems and applications; interfacing directly with end users to ensure their smooth operation and to resolve any reported issues. With this combination of responsibilities, this role requires someone who can keep a finger on the pulse and takes pride in providing a high standard of service. In addition to providing support to staff, the analyst will be responsible for daily reporting of incidents and problems, escalating issues to other members of the IT team when appropriate and maintaining IT asset records. Success in this role will be driven by an ability to engage with end users to resolve any issues in a constructive and efficient manner.
