The Social Media & Digital Content Manager (Entry-Level) will help guide and support the digital presence of both Charlottesville Blues FC and The Fox Den. This role is designed for a master’s student or early-career creator who wants to break into the sports or hospitality industry and build a robust, real-world portfolio. The position offers strong exposure, developmental support, and upward mobility as the organization expands.

Responsibilities

• Engage in day-to-day management of all social media platforms for Charlottesville Blues FC and The Fox Den (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Capture, edit, and publish short-form video, photography, and storytelling content from games, training sessions, team events, and activities at The Fox Den.
• Develop content calendars, match-week execution, and branded digital campaigns.
