Spire Academy in Geneva, Ohio is accepting applications for a Women’s Volleyball Director/Head Coach for the 2024-2025 season. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage the vision and strategy of SPIRE women’s volleyball program regarding growing the Academy, Camps and Events business.
Oversee individual skill development and practices (pre-season, in season and post-season) 
Lead Volleyball Operations - Collaborate and work with other coaches and staff - Facilitate in putting together practice plans, schemes and strategies 
Assist in the development of a Boy’s Volleyball Academy program, boys camps and development of a boys club program within the SPIRE Volleyball Club
