Reporting to the Fitness Centre Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of Swim School classes, private lessons and water safety programs in a professional manner, providing excellent service for members and guests. You will work with management to assess and allocate children and adults to the appropriate swim classes each term.

This is a casual role that will require weekly availability to work Saturday mornings 8am - 1pm with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Pre-planning and developing lesson structures
• Conducting swimming lessons/coaching sessions to meet the defined needs of the students
