Technical Success Manager - Sportradar
Come be a part of a global sports organization during a period of significant growth and transformation! Join a new Technical Success team and work closely with our largest customers to provide first-class technical support and guidance throughout the entire customer journey with Sportradar.
- Partners with Sales and Global Accounts team to manage the relationship and growth of Sportradar’s key customers – focusing on providing timely, accurate and professional technical assistance and advice to ensure clients maximize the value of our products/services.
- Support presales and upselling activity by partnering with the Global Accounts and Sales teams on the development and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, POCs, proposals and business/technology status reviews.
- Technically lead/advise best practices for customer integration of Sportradar products, then hands on assist customers with integration activities. Function as project manager for integration work when needed.
- Provide ongoing, hands-on issue resolution, best practice advice and recommendations to our customers based on the experience gained during customer engagements.
