The individual hired will work on partnership management initiatives for the New York Islanders and UBS Arena Global Partnerships and Marketing group. This position will support the day-to-day management of the partnership portfolio, managing all contractually obligated income (COI) of assigned accounts, including strategy, partnership execution upsells and renewals. We are looking for a hard-working, proactive, creative individual with leadership experience at a sports and entertainment property or agency.

1. Be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Partnership Management team as a senior member of the Global Partnerships and Marketing management team. 
2. The core responsibilities of Partnership Marketing are partner engagement, management, strategy, execution, upsells and renewals for all partnerships of the New York Islanders and UBS Arena leading with core organization tenants of communication, collaboration, and respect.
