Job purpose:
To deliver physiotherapy services to all players involved within the Women’s Football Department.
To promote and protect the health and wellbeing of all players within the Women’s Department and to work within the code of conduct and good practice of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Duties and responsibilities:
• To be committed to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all staff, players, spectators, customers and/or clients of the club;
• Liaise with the Head of Performance to undertake and oversee the medical provision for Blackburn Rovers women;
• Work according to Blackburn Rovers Women FC philosophy and values;
• Assessment and treatment of all injuries necessary to all players;
• Implementation and document the rehabilitation programmes from initial injury through to return to play;
