We are looking for individuals with a passion for youth development to deliver engaging and impactful workshops in and around the above London boroughs. The Youth Workshop Facilitator will work with young people, helping them develop confidence, leadership skills, and career aspirations through interactive sessions. You will travel to various sites, delivering sessions to a diverse range of young people in both primary and secondary schools and supporting them in their personal and professional growth. You must be energetic, adaptable, fun, and open to feedback to continuously improve. Training will be provided to ensure you can deliver meaningful and inclusive workshops that inspire young people.

This role will be part of an exciting initiative that uses sports and leadership training to empower young people from deprived communities. By facilitating engaging workshops, you will contribute to their personal development, helping them build essential life skills and navigate future opportunities with confidence.
