New York City FC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Goalkeeper Coach to join our Academy staff. As our U12-U18 Goalkeeper coach, you will be responsible for the development of all of our U12-U18 Academy goalkeepers. This role will demand a high level of off-field expertise as well as a very strong ability to design, plan, and execute on-field sessions and build individual development plans while ensuring alignment with the overarching philosophy and playing style of NYCFC and City Football Group. This role will play a pivotal part in the development of goalkeepers within our academy, fostering their technical, tactical, physical, and mental growth.

Finally – you will also be part of the City select and scouting & recruitment of the new Goalkeepers for our incoming U12 team and any other team within the academy. Expect travelling days domestic and internationally.
