We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to help launch, build, and engage the fan base for the  Baltimore Starlings in the Baltimore, Maryland market. As part of a startup expansion team, this individual will play a critical role in laying the foundation for long-term success. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to directly impact the growth of a new professional sports franchise.

As a key member of the sales team, you will drive revenue and generate excitement by selling full and partial season ticket packages, group outings, and entry-level corporate partnerships to individuals and businesses. This role also includes servicing current ticket holders and delivering an exceptional fan experience from day one.
