As Accounting Clerk, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day business operations for RAJ Sports, the Portland Thorns, and Portland WNBA team. You will be responsible for collaborating with both internal departments and external vendors to review and process vendor bills, credit card transactions, and expense claims timely and accurately.
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

• Maintain accurate vendor records in QuickBooks.
• Review and process vendor bills, credit card transactions, and expense claims timely and accurately.
• Work with internal departments to match bills to approved budget codes.
• Work with external vendors to resolve any bill or payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of expense policies and procedures.
