
Accounts Administrator, Purchase Ledger - Royal Yachting Association
The Royal Yachting Association is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support the finance team with day-to-day operations and administration.
Your responsibilities as an Accounts Senior Administrator will include, but are not limited to:
Approving and maintaining staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with RYA policy and accurate VAT reconciliation.
Providing support and training to employees on the expense system (e.g. password resets, onboarding guidance).
Processing and reconciling company credit card transactions each month.
Supporting the Senior Purchase Ledger Administrator by processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely approvals when they are not working.
Assisting with monthly and year-end financial tasks
Supporting month-end processes and internal reporting requirements.
Assisting with audit preparation and ongoing financial recordkeeping.
Supporting continuous improvements in financial systems and processes.
Liaising with other departments and occasional contact with external suppliers
