The Chicago White Sox Accounting team is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. The AP Specialist will report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with various departments to manage the accounts payable process from data entry to payment across multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounts payable with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities

Oversee Accounts Payable e-mail inbox and work with department heads for proper coding of invoices.

Review and enter AP invoices into accounting system timely and according to company policy.

Process weekly payment batches through accounting system and bank portal.
