Delivering an event of this scale requires world class planning and operations, and we’re looking for an Accreditation Operations Manager to play a vital role in making it happen. The Accreditation Operations Manager will be responsible for producing the Games-wide accreditation operations strategy. You’ll ensure the smooth management of accreditation services across all competition and non-competition venues, creating a seamless experience for athletes, officials, media, workforce, and partners.

Job Summary:
As Accreditation Operations Manager, you will lead the Venue Operational Planning process for Accreditation, defining requirements for spaces, technology, FF&E and power across all Games venues. You’ll develop and implement operational plans for Accreditation Centres and Venue Accreditation Help Offices, ensuring services are delivered consistently to the required standards at both competition and non-competition venues. The role involves developing venue accreditation zoning principles to support access control planning, managing the procurement of accreditation consumables, and defining policies and procedures in collaboration with key internal functions. You will also oversee the supplementary access control policy, coordinate the design and production of accreditation cards and access devices, lead the development of accreditation-related training for volunteers, and represent the Accreditation Department in Games-wide planning forums.
