Hockey Victoria (HV) is the state sporting organisation responsible for the development, coordination and promotion of hockey in Victoria.

The role of Administration Officer at HV will work closely with the Events & Commercial Team, specifically the Content & Administration Coordinator to ensure that all administration activities are delivered to a high standard. They will provide player registrations support and take phone calls and respond to email enquiries from the community. They will also assist with enquiries relating to Hockey Club Melbourne match days, ticketing and membership.

This role is part-time (0.6FTE) and a six-month contract commencing 1st September, 2025.

The principal duties will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Assist with general administration support including answering phone calls phones and responding to email enquiries
  • Assist with booking staff, board and sub-committee meetings and sending associated calendar invites as required
  • Provide administration assistance to the executive team as needed
  • Collect mail, open, sort and distribute to appropriate Departments
  • Maintenance of contact lists & database quality control including Working with Children Check log
