
Administrative Assistant - Peoria Sports Complex
Peoria’s Parks & Recreation Department has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant II who will provide administrative support to the Department. This position is based out of the Peoria Sports Complex and duties will include creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports; entering and tracking the status of projects and documents in various databases including expenses, contracts, invoices, purchase orders or requisitions; coordinating meetings with several attendees; answering multiple incoming lines and managing voicemails; and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders,. The person in this position assists with special assignments, projects, meetings, and/or events through coordination and administration. Other duties may include completing related tasks as assigned.
