Westfields Sports High School within the NSW Department of Education is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced AFL Coach.

The successful applicant will work with talented student-athletes in a structured, high-performance, school-based environment and contribute to the school’s Talented Sports Program.

Role Description

• Deliver planned and structured Australian Rules Football coaching sessions to TSP students.
• Implement training aligned to long-term athlete development and high-performance principles.
• Work collaboratively with teaching and coaching staff, and the school sports team.
• Support student wellbeing and uphold child protection and duty of care obligations.
• Attend competitions, meetings, and school events as required.
