Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Women’s Football, this role works closely with the AFLW Senior Coach and coaching team to design and deliver high-performance training programs and game strategies that align with the Richmond Football Club’s purpose: Belonging, Thriving and Winning.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the continued growth, skill development and performance of AFLW players across all stages of their careers. The focus is on creating an environment where players are equipped to succeed both on and off the field, developing the capability, confidence and professionalism required to perform at the highest level.

Working in close collaboration with the coaching and coaching development teams, the role is responsible for enhancing player skill acquisition, tactical understanding, leadership and overall football performance in a designated line.
