The Age Group Swim Coach assists the Head Swim Coach in the planning and implementation of all levels of the squad program. Whilst acting as the primary day-to-day coach for the State Squad and lead coach for the Target Squad, the Age Group Swim Coach will have involvement across the entire Emmanuel College Aquatics Program.

Position Specific Credentials, Qualifications and Other Requirements

• Preferred: Accredited Swimming Australia Advanced Coach
• Required: Accredited Swimming Australia Development Coach
• Current CPR HLTAID001/1st Aid HLTAID003
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certification
• Swimming Australia Safe Sport Certification
• Current Blue Card (or interstate equivalent)
