Events and Sports Management (ESM) in Dubai is looking for an Aquatics Events Lead to take ownership of the technical and operational delivery of swimming events across the UAE. In this role, you will lead the planning, setup and smooth execution of competitions, ensuring that timing systems work flawlessly, events run to standard, and every participant has a positive experience. From managing event equipment and software to supervising the technical team and working with officials and venues, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality events that meet international standards.
